We know how hard it can be to find pet-friendly apartments that will welcome your pitbull, husky and other large breed dogs.
MC Residential Communities loves your pets as much as you do, and we understand that your furry, four-legged companions aren’t just friends; they are your family. That is why we do everything we can to make sure your pets feel as welcome as you do in our communities. It makes us proud to offer exceptional apartment living for your ENTIRE family.

30-Day Good Life Promise:
We believe that our communities offer the best value for your money. If you are not satisfied with your home within the first 30 days, we ask that you contact the community manager with the reason for your dissatisfaction. If we are unable to rectify the problem, we will release you from your lease agreement. Your move out must be within the first 30-days, and you will only be charged rent for the days you occupied the apartment. Our hope is that we will be able to keep you as a resident, but we feel very strongly that we want you happy wherever you live.
- Rent will be charged for the day’s that the home was occupied.
- Application and all up-front fees are non-refundable.
- Security deposits and e-Premium deposits are subject to terms and conditions.
24-Hour Service Promise:
Your home is your sanctuary, and MC Residential Communities is committed to ensuring our residents are comfortable in their homes. Our 24-hour Service Promise means that your maintenance and service requests are addressed within 24-hours of receiving them.
